Corona protective measures top, but fast food lasts.

Fast and good service. Getting to the McDrive is a bit short. You may have to wait on the street. Food of the usual quality. :)

I wanted extra tomatoes. The shift supervisor was aggressive and says there are 2 tomatoes on it

Staff are friendly and helpful. Meals to order (at the terminal or via mobile phone) to take away or at the Mcdrive. There are currently disinfectants at the entrance and near the order counter.

All in all it was very pleasant. The staff were also very friendly

Inside the tables are mostly dirty and sticky, staff actually very nice, Drive is usually really fast, I know worse, On the whole O.K.

I always thought McDonald's was McDonald's, but this McDonald's was a million times better than the one in our town. There was salad on the burgers! Lots of salad! Fresh tomatoes, fresh red onions! I haven't seen that before at McDonald's. Everything tasted good, the staff were friendly, the food was ready quickly, both the tables and the toilets were clean. We went there last night and I am very surprised that there are negative reviews here. Perhaps it was just understaffed on the days with a lot of rush, etc. If the toilets are disgusting, the employees rarely did it themselves, but the guests !!!! Of course, the employees then have to clean it up, but sometimes you just can't keep up with it right away. Yesterday everything was definitely very positive and for me it already stood out when I saw this great burger that has never looked more like the advertisement. Unfortunately, I didn't think of taking a picture. I highly recommend this McDonald's. ☺️

I was served very friendly, but a look into the sanitary facilities spoiled my appetite. I have seldom seen anything so dirty. Everyone makes wind about hygiene and distance, but on such a toilet you get really worse than Corona.

I was here by chance, I did not use, do not use and will not use the services of this temple

The food was delicious as usual ... This branch also impresses with a good hygiene concept.

Delivery to the table was quick, but the food was unfortunately only lukewarm. Otherwise everything was fine, staff friendly.

One of the worse MC Donalds in terms of food. Mushy, salad not crisp and fresh, half of the cheese from the burgher, french fries salty. Four of them each ordered something different and all the same. Not recommendable.

i was shocked today by the agressivity of the woman at the front desk. i was putting my mask on when I entered the restaurant , and she yelled after me to tell me to put it earlier. Then when i pick up my order i say thank you, she didnt reply and turn her back to me. this is very rude. i guesd this woman is upset of saying 400 times per day to people to put their mask, but she doesnt understand that she told it only once to me. when you work in a restaurant, you can not yell at customer the way she did. she doesnt deserve to work here and I hope Mc Donald management will take their repsonsibilities. I felt ashamed ordering food here and she looked so arrogant. this is unacceptable.

Always number one. I'm coming tonight

It is what it is. quintessential Fast food. America with a German twist at time. Open more than most, clean restrooms, frienlldly staff. Automation has arriced but I still prefer goi g to the counter. Coffee at Micky D's is 100% better than that bitter, overpriced Starcrap coffee. Hot, fairly priced its sad to see the hype.

At 6:30 p.m. tonight, My husband and I were eating at McDonald's. We parked the car at parking lot outside. Because of the heavy rain, we have been eating quite a long time. When the rain stopped, we went back to our car and found that the trunk was opened, someone tore open our two packages and stolen the stuff inside. We were shocked, and then went back to ask the supervisor if the parking lot was monitoring. Unfortunately, they said there was no monitor. We are very disappointed at that, and very dissatisfied with their service attitude, because they did not show patience and careness. If you dine at this McDonald's, please lock the car and check carefully afterwards, what's more, please do not put valuables in the car!

A bit of hit and miss here. Most times food is up to the mark in quality and taste. Many times we also received very cold or very stale burgers and fries. When we did take away there wasn’t much we could do about it. Also the staff can be rude sometimes, once i asked the lady at the counter whether a certain meal was vegetarian and she just shrugged her shoulders and said i don’t know. A bit surprising to see that people aren’t trained to know about the food which they are serving

For those of you who aren't from around here, German McDonald's has pretty different items on the menu. These include, waffle fries (dope), McRib, and a veggie burger (comes with cheese though, so not vegan). At this particular McDonald's, staff did not seem to speak much English - this is not the reason for my low rating, though. I found the restaurant to be dark, grim, and not very clean.

Why does the only McDonald's in Kaarst have to be so far away from central town, basically only reachable by car, and then provide only a minuscule parking lot with a cramped entrance? This restaurant would have been better served by choosing a better central location. Save for that, the drive-in customers have to wait for ages. There' room for lots of improvements.
